He listened, provided honest information, and created an enjoyable and relaxed experience. We also received excellent attention and support from Justin Sloan, Dan Eason, and other members of the team, all of whom were friendly, professional, and welcoming. It was clear that customer service is something Benton Nissan of Columbia takes seriously. We absolutely loved the Nissan Rogue and had a difficult time making our final decision. In fact, Benton Nissan of Columbia was our favorite stop during our vehicle search. While we ultimately decided to go in a different direction, that decision had nothing to do with our experience at the dealership.
