The only reason I will continue to return to Benzel is Joe Simsek. Joe helped make my first Benz purchase experience my best car purchase experience to date. Very comprehensive to my nee Joe Simsek. Will meet you more than halfway to accommodate you with either a new purchase or servicing your Benz. The only drawback is the glitches between the dealership and certain protocols. (personal experience: 19 in AMG low profile wheels and tires are very delicate and during an emergency where I needed a front right wheel and tire replaced Benzel-Busch did a fantastic Job at replacing the tire and washing the car within 24 hrs. However, I was informed the car had to be kept an additional couple of days until someone from the insurance company came in to inspect the car/new tires/damaged tires). This was very inconvenient and would be the only thing deterring me to do more business. It seems to be simply a bad process with Mercedes Benz s own protocols and I'm sure I myself could do a better job at configuring such processes so they don't impose on the people who are keeping said corporation alive and very, very prosperous. More

I ended up buying a new 2012 S550 the same day I met Peter. Initially I was bringing in my 2011 ML550 for a repair and Peter showed me a beautiful car and the truck was gone... Deeg, who helped me go over all the controls on the S550 was great also. She thoroughly explained and discuss all the functions on the car. Boy are there tons of them too.
