For this service appointment I chose to have valet pickup and delivery. My time was at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 20. By 11:15 no one showed up and I had to call to confirm that someone was coming. I thought drop-off at my home was for the same day but got a text message it would come EARLY in the morning on Saturday. By 10:30 car had not arrived and I had to call again to check. I found this lack of communication on the part of Benzel was very disappointing and not professional. I had to do all the calling and check on the status of my car. More
