Exceptional! I am a very demanding customer and my service provided by Dave Tangen was exceptional. My car had a unexpected issue rendering the car undrivable but I am a very demanding customer and my service provided by Dave Tangen was exceptional. My car had a unexpected issue rendering the car undrivable but Dave got back in touch with me within a very short time and worked me in. I was provided a loaner car immediately and was able to get back to work quickly. Once diagnosing the issue a part needed to be ordered but it came in quickly and I got my car back the next day and all handled under my extended warranty that of course made me even happier. Very friendly guy and takes his job seriously. More

Went there with a bubble in my tire, I gave them my car on Friday morning and Chris said he was going to call me Friday night, never got a call and I had to reach out to him to hear an answer. He then said on Friday morning and Chris said he was going to call me Friday night, never got a call and I had to reach out to him to hear an answer. He then said to me that the tire warranty that I purchased when I got the car wasn’t compatible with their dealership which is a LIE because it’s good for ANY Mercedes dealer! So he said since the warranty company was giving them a hard time, I wasn’t going to get my car until Saturday evening. Saturday comes along I of course reached out to chris again because at this point it’s honestly insane that it took two days for a tire change!!!!! He finally said at 4pm that we can pick it up on our way there he calls me and says it’s going to be 40$ I fought with him telling him that it’s supposed to be 0$ with my warranty package! Long story short DONT EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE TS HORRIBLE!!! More
