My wife taken care of by so many people. Halley was the main sales person I was in touch with. I was there from 12:45 to 3:30. The day before the young man Jacob was the sales person nice gu Halley was the main sales person I was in touch with. I was there from 12:45 to 3:30. The day before the young man Jacob was the sales person nice guy but gave me the Carfax paper which wasn't for that SUV. Unfortunately Halley did the same. Also this SUV had no Owners Manual,which is important to me. Halley said she would walk me through it but I have a problem with memory so the book is important. So wrong Carfax and no Owners Manual plus a very long time there for two seniors. We did get water and candy because my wife is a diabetic. That was so fantastic of them. So watch the paper work information to be right. More

I had the most amazing experience working with Barry Fox. A friend of mine purchased a car from him a year ago and when my car troubles started over a week ago, I knew it was time. I was dreading it a little A friend of mine purchased a car from him a year ago and when my car troubles started over a week ago, I knew it was time. I was dreading it a little going to the dealership to look at cars, just all of it as its exhausting but I was so distraught with my car, I was really not feeling up to it. When I first went to Berge and met Barry it was evening/night, it was a good time to go for me. I did not feel overwhelmed at all. After my test drive of a for sale car and then his personal Rav4 to see if I liked how it would feel as that would be the year I was able to afford, I met MIke. The internet sales manager. After the next 3 days, of looking at cars and having my mechanic check it out, I purchased one. I feel so cared for and not rushed or pressured. They wanted me to be informed but respectful of my decisions. I would tell any friends and family to go there, Barry is the best and so kind. I have not felt cared for like I did there! It was amazing. More
