More specifically I would like give high praise to my salesman, Joe Cha. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional. I spoke to Joe the previous week indicating my wishes with a new vehicle. I told him the day I would return. He immediately greeted me when i pulled up. I had been to a different dealership prior to meeting with Joe, as I was looking for the best deal and customer service. Joe’s years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. I loved his unassuming and humble attitude. I brought a friend with me. He had done the homework and had shopped around online and knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Joe or Aaron to get that deal. They found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more than that. Not only did I get to leave Berge Toyota with a brand new 2023 Toyota Tacoma SR5 but I also left with my dignity still in tact. I felt I was back in Illinois working with my local Toyota dealership again. What a wonderful feeling after being treated horribly by a different dealership for the last 3 years.
