Best dealership experience I’ve ever had.... TWICE!! My y first visit to Riverview Toyota was more of a whim and wanting to get a feel on the new RAV4 Hybrid than anything. But those were sold out. David My y first visit to Riverview Toyota was more of a whim and wanting to get a feel on the new RAV4 Hybrid than anything. But those were sold out. David, my sales person mentioned the Corolla ...a first model year for it and one of VERY few that were running around the valley here. I wound up loving the car and the decision was made to buy. Even though I was in MASSIVE back pain problems, David went out of his way and exceeded any expectations as his level of care for his customer. Riverview Toyota also went out of their way to see to me being comfortable. David that first night gained note than a sale or a customer.... David got a friend. Riverside titis gained a solid customer, a person that never before returned to a dealer before... The story doesn’t have the fairy tale end though....4 months into owning my new beloved little Corolla.....it was hit and totaled, while I was in it. The car gave its all to protect me and I wound up walking home from accident. With head down, I brought in the total loss paperwork from insurance company... David set to work and for me into a ‘19 C-HR which I LOVE driving!! So it wound up with a good ending. 2 weeks today into owning the c-hr...w which the tank was bigger though. But I love the car. David and Riverview Toyota got something NOBODY has ever managed to pull off before... got me to return AND talk highly About them. Thank you Riverview and David..... More

Great car Experience I was 2 years into a 3 year lease and was getting my car serviced. While I was enjoying my complimentary coffee and doughnut in the waiting area, I wa I was 2 years into a 3 year lease and was getting my car serviced. While I was enjoying my complimentary coffee and doughnut in the waiting area, I was casually looking at showroom model cars to kill time. I explained this to the owner of the dealership, who introduced himself and wanted to make sure There was nothing i needed while I waited. I was introduced to sales person there and we were able to lower my payment $15, waive a month of payments, take my 2016 Corolla which had a big door ding as is and put me into a 2020 Corolla with nothing down in under 2 hours. This team was amazing, from Sales, to my leasing specialist, and both floor managers all came and worked with me. Outstanding team. Can’t wait for my next lease! Thank You.. More
