I don't agree. I gave it three star review because bought a part for $80 and then I had the service department put it on because I didn't know how. All they did was push 4 clips into my wheel well the rubber piece that blocks the engine in the wheel well and I was charged $40 for labor. This disgusted me and I told the lady you guys just ripped me off. She said well we charge $137 labor an hour and it took three tents of an hour to do this which is 15 minutes. When San Bernardino Toyota put the same part on the left side of the front wheel well they popped four pins in and told me there's no way that they would charge for just Poppin 4 pins in and that was a year ago. The service I had done was for today which is May 20th 2019. Very disappointed and I left their mad. I have a 2014 Tundra and a 2016 Toyota Corolla which both vehicles are paid off. Both vehicles have the extra care package. I am a great customer for Toyota. I paid off a total of 3 vehicles within 6 years. I'm a customer that's highly disappointed for being charged labor on 4 plastic Pins. More

Mike and crew were excellent! Brought in my 2013 Sienna to Riverview today. Met by friendly staff in immaculate dealership. Mike and crew did inspection and called with results. Buying a car was actually enjoyable My husband and I were in the market for a new to used Prius. After 12 year and more than 128,000 miles, we new we new a Prius was the perfect choice f My husband and I were in the market for a new to used Prius. After 12 year and more than 128,000 miles, we new we new a Prius was the perfect choice for us again. We worked with Raheem who helped wonderfully in finding the right car for us. During this process we decided to trade in our gas guzzling Ford Explorer and add an addition Prius to the mix. In the ended Raheem helped guide us thought this process and was the defining factor for making this the first enjoyable car purchasing experience in our lives. After a little more than a week of discussions we walked away happy with two new “Priuses”... “Pri”? In any regard we felt extremely cared for during this process and it was all thanks to Raheem and Steve. More

Use caution and bring your calculator I stopped in after reviewing Tacoma’s online to test drive the one I saw online. He came back 20-30 minutes later with a piece of paper (the four square) I asked for a breakdown and what the interest rate was. He was unable to answer this question until the time that we were walking out the door, then it took another 30 minutes to get my keys back because his manager had them and was showing a new car out back. He called me about a week later I asked if he could send the breakdown of the cost, he said he would e-mail it to me and never did. When I buy something I want transparency, don’t play games or try to hide things. Use caution, get you ACV for your trade in and get the breakdown rather than that one four square with payments that they try to get you to focus on rather than the actual total price.
