He came back 20-30 minutes later with a piece of paper (the four square) I asked for a breakdown and what the interest rate was. He was unable to answer this question until the time that we were walking out the door, then it took another 30 minutes to get my keys back because his manager had them and was showing a new car out back. He called me about a week later I asked if he could send the breakdown of the cost, he said he would e-mail it to me and never did. When I buy something I want transparency, don’t play games or try to hide things. Use caution, get you ACV for your trade in and get the breakdown rather than that one four square with payments that they try to get you to focus on rather than the actual total price.
