Horrible Service Purchased a new vehicle that turned out to have been damaged before I drove it off the lot. Discovered the damage when I got home with the vehicle and Purchased a new vehicle that turned out to have been damaged before I drove it off the lot. Discovered the damage when I got home with the vehicle and took it back to the dealership the very next day. They began gaslighting me. I engaged Toyota Corporate and the Riverview Dealership and both have made empty promises to fix the vehicle and repair the damage yet nothing has been done for over 4 Months. Nothing but excuses and empty promises from both parties. Riverview won't fix the problem without Toyota Corporate. Toyota Corporate makes excuse after excuse and empty promises on when a part will be available. They could try actually replacing the damaged piece, its not like its that expensive or a repair and I paid for a new vehicle not a damaged one. Worst car purchase experience of my life. Customer Satisfaction is not something I feel they care about. Eventually I may have to hire a lawyer. More

Daughters birthday present I’m a Toyota fan with several Toyota dealerships closer to me than Riverview. Salesman Tony ChaUdoin really seemed to know his stuff and explained the 4Runner to my daughter very thoroughly, Great guy, he handled the birthday surprise brilliantly. Sales Manager Chris Lopez’s can do attitude towards the custom work and vehicle buildup is refreshing as you don’t see that at many dealerships and it was my original draw to this dealership, standards well above the rest. I’m grateful to the dealership for the video created by Tony and Chris and for the spectacular service I received. More
