This was our first used car purchase and we thought we knew exactly which vehicle we were looking for. We decided to take the one we had in mind for an overnight test drive. We loved it and ended up purchasing it the following day. Throughout the following week we started noticing little glitches that we were not comfortable with about the vehicle. The acceleration was slow and harsh, it switched gears rough, just drove a bit strange. The following weekend we returned to Sancho to see if there was anything we could possibly do to feel more comfortable with our purchase. We were willing to have it looked at to see if there was mechanically something wrong or to possibly purchase an extended warranty on it just in case something did go wrong in the future, Our ultimate dream was to be put in an entirely different car. Sancho was able to give us a full refund for the vehicle at the price we purchased it for and then put us into a newer vehicle with better miles that we absolutely love! We are so happy with our purchase now and all our inhibitions about buying used cars is gone. We would highly recommend Sancho and the Berger team for any purchase. They are truly amazing and really work to make their customers feel comfortable, hear and understood. Thank you again for the wonderful experience! Never Again Bought my Car form used sales department to only find out two days later my car begin jerking every time i took off. took the car back the claim they Bought my Car form used sales department to only find out two days later my car begin jerking every time i took off. took the car back the claim they could not find anything wrong with the car, so i took it to a trusted mechanic and they found that there was no transmission fuild in the car, so much for there inspection that they claim the do for every car. Now i find that after a year in a half that there wonderful service department tape the muffler together. Berger a trusted name in grand rapids i think not i would never recommend berger to anyone. They sold me a car the knew needed a new muffler there inspection of the care was a complete joke. So to those i did recommed to berger I have since told to stay clear of this place. shady dealership. More

Then for work to be done, scheduled out appointment, the called the DAY OF to cancel because they didn't have all the parts. REALLY?! Shouldn't you have checked that BEFORE you called to schedule it!? More

Duane was amazing! I knew him from outside the Dealership and I went to him because I knew I could trust him. My husband and I made two trips to the dealership and both were an exceptional experience. Everyo and I went to him because I knew I could trust him. Everyone in the pre-owned building was very friendly and considerate even though we came specifically to work with Duane. He made his best effort to find what vehicle would best fit our needs and even helped us look at vehicles outside his own. We ended up buying at 2008 Ford Escape that was a trade in and it is wonderful. The did an awesome job cleaning it up and even did their inspection before we left the lot with it to make sure it was mechanically sound and safe. We are planning on going back in the future to purchase a new car for my husband as well because we value a sales associate we can trust and know will go the extra mile for us. I would highly recommend going here to purchase your new/new used car! More

We have been coming to Berger since we moved to the Grand Rapids area 20+ years ago. Kairee greeted us on the lot promptly, even though it was 9 degrees outside. She quickly grabbed the keys to the Equinox Rapids area 20+ years ago. Kairee greeted us on the lot promptly, even though it was 9 degrees outside. She quickly grabbed the keys to the Equinox we were looking over. She was very knowledgeable on the improvements from the 2011 Equinox that we wanted to trade. She also demonstrated the new features with enthusiasm. It is always great to work with a sales person that you can tell is a car lover. Berger has a long history with Camaros so we talked about the Camaro and Corvette that were inside the dealership, while finance was working the numbers. We were given the opportunity for a test drive while they inspected our trade in. The entire process was handled with efficiency by the entire staff. They even put up with my husband's odd sense of humour. More
