At first, I was very nervous about purchasing a used car from a dealership, and was not very trusting of car salesmen. I worked with Kairee to find a new car, and I must say she made the overall experience to be a great one. I had visited other dealerships before I came to Berger and Kairee went above and beyond what any she made the overall experience to be a great one. The way she communicated with me was wonderful, she paid attention to what I wanted in a car, which was very nice because at other dealerships some of the sales people looked at me like I just some dumb girl. Kairee went above and beyond what I expected and I would have to give her an A++++ on everything she did for me. Kairee kept constant communication with me, and made me feel like I was a special customer through the whole leasing process. When I took my car for a test drive Kairee was in the car with me, which was very helpful. Out of all of the dealerships I went to, Kairee was the only sales person to ride along with my dad & I. During the ride along Kairee pointed out aspects of the car and showed me how to use certain buttons and the different aspects of the car, along with answering every question I had. My dad was with me during the whole process, and he was very impressed with the overall experience with Kairee. I think the best aspect of the overall experience was the way Kairee treated me. She talked to me like a real person and not like a sales person who wanted me to buy a car. She was very in tuned with my needs and made sure I was very happy throughout the whole experience. Dick Jacques was very honest and straightforward with us about everything. He did all he could to get us the best price on the brand new Silverado that we ended up buying.
