Only gave it a 3 star due to the service advisor and auto tech being really nice. I come here for everything as it is the closet dodge to me. I have never had an issue prior. I dropped my car off on a Mond tech being really nice. I come here for everything as it is the closet dodge to me. I have never had an issue prior. I dropped my car off on a Monday, I had it sent up for a loaner car. The lady who helped with the loaner was very off putting, like she didn’t want to be there. They reached out to me to ride with the tech so he could hear the noise I was hearing. After that, I had to call to get updates on my car. I was told that the tech couldn’t hear the noise when he in fact heard the noise while I was in the car with him. Come to find out from another advisor, the tech didn’t show up to write due to a family emergency. Completely understandable but the lack of communication to me was not. My car was in the shop for a week before I was told that the parts were back ordered. It has now been over a week since I picked the car up. Customer service and communication is clearly lacking. I am driving around in a car with bad struts. Not sure as to how safe this could be. I’ve reached out to the service manager. Left a message. No call back. Did plan on trading my car in here, but now I will go back to Ray Brandt. More
