BEWARE of their SERVICE DEPARTMENT Unfortunately, I must say this was by far the worst experience I have ever had a Bergeys. I purchased my last two vehicles from Bergeys and have used Unfortunately, I must say this was by far the worst experience I have ever had a Bergeys. I purchased my last two vehicles from Bergeys and have used them for service for well over 5 years. My vehicle went in for inspection and was not ready for over a week. During this time there was no communication on the status of my vehicle. I was told the part needed for my exhaust would be in the shop in two days and I could expect my car to be ready. The first communication I received was a week after my car was dropped off, telling me that the part was not in. Upon picking my car up, mind you it was there for inspection, the tire pressure in one of my tires was '20'. I am beyond appalled at the service received. My experience left me frustrated and no longer trusting Bergeys. More
Service Department I would highly recommend their service department even if you did not buy the vehicle there which has been my case, I have been going there for over 1 I would highly recommend their service department even if you did not buy the vehicle there which has been my case, I have been going there for over 15 years. They have serviced 3 different vehicles including my 2013 Ford F-150. I am especially appreciative of the personal service of Jesse Ventresca. He has always gone the extra mile to help me out. I chose to bring my Ford here { the other two were GM vehicles}, because I was not satisfied with the service department where I purchased the vehicle. More
Easy, Quick, No hassle Bergey's service center is always on point. Jesse set everything up with no issues. Warranty Service Vehicle needed service for a "check engine" light while still under warranty. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, they took the vehicle in Vehicle needed service for a "check engine" light while still under warranty. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, they took the vehicle in less than 5 minutes and it was finished about 40 minutes later. Also received a phone call the next day to inquire about how the car was performing. Great service! More

A transmission shouldn't go at 50,000 miles and if it does it should be replaced by new ... "not damaged enough" is not a good enough assessment by a department only looking to save a buck. Conclusion, avoid this place like the plague. Worst customer experience of your life. More

Terrible Some of the worst service I have ever received. It should have been a tell tale sign from the beginning since the day I went to buy my 2012 Chevy Cruz Some of the worst service I have ever received. It should have been a tell tale sign from the beginning since the day I went to buy my 2012 Chevy Cruze no one even attempted to approach me to try to make a sale. Then the sales person that finally helped me was one of the most unpersonable people I've ever dealt with, but I bought the car anyway since I really liked it. I've had the car for about a year and a half and it's literally been nothing but problems. I have had it taken back numerous times because the car keeps stalling out and at one point the brakes did not work when the car was in reverse. Their service department could literally care less about any of their customers safety considering when I told them about the brakes they wouldn't even take the car for another 4 days plus I had asked them to check it out previously about 2 months prior when I noticed the issue for the first time and they completely ignored me. I tried to explain to them that there was a recall for the exact problem I was having and they told me that wasn't true. Needless to say I went there and it was for the recalled part that broke again and needed to be fixed again. Then when I called about the car stalling they said it wasn't a big deal. Every time I called to have the car looked at they were extremely rude and acted like there wasn't a problem and that I didn't know what I was talking about, only to have me bring it there and have them tell me what I already knew. The Last time I took it there I wouldn't even let them perform the service considering they couldn't even get the problem straight. They literally told me it was two different problems the two different times I spoke with them. They told me the engine was misfiring but it was due to maintenance that I never performed. Then told me that it wasn't routine maintenance it was just a problem that happens sometimes and is not covered under the warranty. So at this point I feel like I can't even trust what they say. The scariest thing of all was probably the fact that one of their employees tried to tell me that the cars sometimes stall if they are starting to run low on oil. It really makes me question if they know what they are doing. Then to make matters worse their manager tried to say that I never brought the car in for any issues when it's literally been there 4 times in the last 8 months and I have all the service documents to prove it. Im beyond fed up with dealing with them and I will make sure that no one I know will ever use them. More
