Last fall we purchased a new Grand Cherokee from Lansdale Jeep -- a worthy sales experience, as they had exactly the vehicle we were looking for and pretty much met our (Zag) price. However, we eventually bolted from their uncooperative and smoke-smelly service department and returned to Bergey's service, which we used to use with another vehicle. This time we've been using service advisor Amy Mansfield, and have found Bergey's Jeep to be as solid today as it was some years back at their old location. Mainly, they have been tirelessly helpful in trying to resolve an ongoing problem with our vehicle's media center. But when I raised another matter, the assistant manager, Ken Bergey, drove over and spent time with me at a body shop and couldn't have been more cooperative and helpful. Unsurprisingly, Bergey's has your basic nuts-and-bolts service setting, nothing like the luxury TLC you'll find at, say, most Mercedes or Lexus dealers' shops. Yet, there is 17 MB wifi, wall TV, clean restrooms and (usually) coffee. Bottom line, Bergey's Jeep service earns a solid A-. More
