Terrible…sold a truck they stated was inspected and claimed the pads had 1/2 wear, 2000 miles in the brakes were bare digging into the rotors and they refused to reimburse. Major DISAPPOINTMENT with the SERVICE department. The two times I have had to drop my car off I have had to call towards the end of the day MYSELF to get a update/status of my vehicle. The most recent time I was supposed to get a shuttle to the dealer to get my car when finished. When they called and asked if I still needed one even after me stating when making the appointment and on the drop off envelope that I needed one. When they asked where I was located because they had to work me into the multiple other shuttles they had it sounded to be an inconvenience . So due to it sounding like an inconvenience I was thankfully able to find a way to get there. Another major issue that I have come across with them is you can almost NEVER get anyone on the phone for any reason I called 6-7 time in a hour period to try and schedule my appointment. More

Discriminatory practices After speaking to a salesperson over the phone on Sat 8/10/19. I setup an appt to drive a Telluride on the same day. I stated that I was driving from New Jersey and I was interested in leasing or purchasing this vehicle. After the test drive I told the salesperson that I wanted to lease this vehicle. I was told by the Manager that they would not lease or sell me the vehicle. They stated that I must live in the area of Lansdale in order to lease or purchase this vehicle. I ask him why and I was told that due to limited inventory of Tellurides that this was the current policy of the Dealership. I drove over 100 miles to and from Lansdale. I wasted money on gas, tolls and my time. I view this policy as discrimination against people who live outside a geographic area. At the very least the Dealership should have advertised their intent. More

When i moved into the area, they recommended i check them out and have been happy with them every time i have gone. If it was something they couldnt do they were willing to take it to the appropriate dealer for me. More
