We came in and spoke to a salesmanager there who was initially helpful and seemed to want our business. We told him we had a trade in that needed some work, but we wanted a new car for a good price. Ev initially helpful and seemed to want our business. We told him we had a trade in that needed some work, but we wanted a new car for a good price. Everything seemed ok until the next day. It was a totally different experience. The sales manager became very nasty and said our trade was worth nothing and that we could not get a deal and that we were basically not good to be his customer. It is supposed to be a family business, but after initial friendliness, the experience was very bad. This is not how one should conduct business and we thought seriously of making a complaint to the KIA corporate. We still may, do not recommend, suggest one should find better deals elsewhere. We agree with the other review, they are very unprofessional. More
We walked into Lansdale Kia, thinking we'd buy local. No one even stood up from their desks to help us, despite the fact that we were the ONLY customers in the showroom. When we described what we wanted, t one even stood up from their desks to help us, despite the fact that we were the ONLY customers in the showroom. When we described what we wanted, the salesman let us take a drive, during which, he was neither friendly nor helpful in describing the features of the car. When we started to talk numbers he became disgusted with us since we were saying we had quotes from other dealers that were at $30K for a Sportage SX and they wanted $37K. The sales manager decided to come over and talk to us like we were idiots saying things like "this is a business and we have to make money and in turn you get a new car". We left, headed to Burlington Kia and got the car that Lansdale wanted $37K for at the final sales price of $29K. I'd suggest doing the drive and going to New Jersey to save $8K. More
