I bought my CPO 2015 Mazda 3 From this dealer last year and now had to bring it in for warranty service. I was told it would be 4-5 hours come drop off the car and we’ll call you. I wait at a friends who l and now had to bring it in for warranty service. I was told it would be 4-5 hours come drop off the car and we’ll call you. I wait at a friends who lives near by waiting for a call that it’s ready or at least an update. 4 hours later and I still haven’t heard so I call to get an update and the receptionist says a service manager will call shortly with an update once he speak to the tech that was working on my car. I wait another hour and call back again, after waiting on hold I get someone from service to be informed that found I needed new wiper blades, air filter, cabin air filter, and laundry list of other things I need to pay to get fixed when I brought the car in for what should’ve been a fully covered warranty service, on top of that that hadn’t even started the repair and wasted my whole day then didn’t provide me with any other transportation options when they would’ve needed to keep it over the weekend and start work again Monday. I told them to put the wheel back on and take it off the lift. I’m taking it to a different dealer for service and will be buying a 2020 Mazda 3 from another dealer aswell. The lack of consideration to even provide a single update on the status of my car while spending a whole day waiting to pick it back up, I could’ve gone to work had they let me know it wasn’t going to be ready an hour in. More
