Had to get the car towed there twice, it was a warranty replacement engine it was a lot of hassle. Not as friendly and customer service oriented as they should be. WVM has completed 90% of the work on my 2000 VW Jetta and ALWAYS done a great job (esp Justin/mechanic) The car has just under 430k miles and I still love the car! Did unnecessary work after being told of a leak issue and where it was and how I prevented it by covering windshield, they worked on the inside roof and charged me over $300 and when I took it back because i where it was and how I prevented it by covering windshield, they worked on the inside roof and charged me over $300 and when I took it back because it leaked, THEY LIED and said they did not do anything just observed, when in fact they replaced a grommet where I said it was leaking from. I am 78 on SS and used my savings and credit card to pay $2300. bill $300 which should have been refunded NOT LIED TO ME! SHAME! More
