This dealership sucks my truck is not even 2 years old and the left front tire keeps wearing the inside tread out brought it in last summer they aligned it and I had to pay a percent of the new tire they and the left front tire keeps wearing the inside tread out brought it in last summer they aligned it and I had to pay a percent of the new tire they put on now it mid February 2020 and the same thing happened again this truck has only 25000 miles on it still under warranty I feel I shouldn’t have to pay nothing because of the same reoccurring problem now I’ve been sitting here rover a hour and a half just to get another front tire put on that I again have to pay for I’ll never come to this place again for anything! If this tire wears again on the left front there will b legal action took against this dealership and Chevy! More

The service itself was fine, but i felt like i was mislead on pricing. I signed the preauthorization for 69.99 for oil change/tire rotation and 20.00 for state inspection, totaling 89.99. When I came into pay I had a 55.00 voucher from GM Rewards which would have left a remainder 34.99, I paid $49 extra in the end. I know there isn't anything that can be done but I feel like the prices have crept up so much over time with Berglund service for basic services (i.e. Oil Change) that it's outrageous. I'll definitely be going elsewhere for the basics. More
