Poor service experience! Took truck in for service & recall on brakes (update), was told by service advisor/rep, they couldn't do update/recall? I had marked my wheels prior Took truck in for service & recall on brakes (update), was told by service advisor/rep, they couldn't do update/recall? I had marked my wheels prior to service(tire rotation), especially since the last service where my rotation was not done! And again no rotation done! And my mirrors were still pushed in? Service advisor said done due to being on lift. So I checked my markings and nothing was rotated! Showed advisor and told him same thing happened last service. He got Service foreman/supervisor Matt Harmon, he got mechanic responsible for service work, they took truck back in for rotation. I got an apology from mechanic(Austin Epperly) and foreman and rep. I worry every day what WAS NOT DONE! This is totally not acceptable! From Berglund Chevrolet Williamson Road Roanoke, Va Have not heard anything from Berglund upper Management/Owners etc. Sad way to treat customer(s). More

Great Experience with Clifton Paige and the Berglund team Clifton Paige was great to deal with the entire process. He was available and ready to answer all questions. He walked us through some other options Clifton Paige was great to deal with the entire process. He was available and ready to answer all questions. He walked us through some other options just to be sure we were comfortable with our choice and was not pushy at all. He has a great non-pressure demeanor and was great to deal with. The most painful part of the process (financing) went as smoothly as it could. I always wish this part can be sped up (especially when financing is already set up), but given the time of day, they did a great job getting us out of there as fast as they could. I was impressed with the professionalism of all staff we encountered and happy to give them this 5 star review. More
