Steering Recall and Preventive Maintenance After receiving a recall notice (power steering control module) for a possible steering issue; I went by Berglund to see if the recall and an oil chan After receiving a recall notice (power steering control module) for a possible steering issue; I went by Berglund to see if the recall and an oil change could be performed. I was pleased that the Berglund employee said that I could come back in 2 hours and the work could be done. When I went back, there was 1 car in the check-in area, and 1 person in the waiting room. I thought, wow, maybe I won't be here very long. Not so lucky. 2-1/4 hours later, the recall and oil change was finished. When I got back in my truck, I checked to see if the oil life monitor was reset. It still showed 11% remaining. It was not a big deal, so I reset it myself. What I thought was funny was that the service invoice shows (3) Three times "RESET OIL LIFE MONITOR". So I wondered if the oil was actually changed. I looked under my truck and did see a new oil filter. So I guess the oil was changed, although the oil on the dipstick was black. Maybe new oil is now black. More

Horrible sales/ horrible service I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership. The service department is just as bad. Shooting star, used cars! Recently I’ve had terrible luck from dealing with Hospital surgeries, to car wrecks with Mack trucks. I looked high and low for a new/ used car. They were patient with me even with my fear of used cars from a bad used car purchase from a prior purchase. They looked around and found a few used cars that had been inspected thoroughly with low miles, and not terribly too old??. Well done! More

However, when finalizing the financing I felt I recently purchased a certified Chevrolet Silverado Z71. The salesperson we dealt with did a great job. However, when finalizing the financing I felt that Mark Weddle was borderline unprofessional and disrespectful. During the process he put the hard sell on for the extended warranty to the point of belittling me for not seeing the value. I have purchased my last 5 cars from Berglund on Franklin Rd. This is my first dealing with their location on Williamson Rd. I am now questioning any future purchases from them. More
