I had a professional wheel repair person of 21 years analyze the wheel scratches and determined that Berglund JDR's tire changer and wheel balancer caused these scratches along with mechanic negligence. Of course they denined any wrong doing as corporate management would. Evening the new hired service manager agreed with my analysis of the mechanic area. As a veteran, I would not TRUST BERGLUND for car service! On a scale of 1 thru 10, I give them a negative 5!! Joe US Army veteran!! More

Attempting to charge diagnostic fees of $180 per issue for a vehicle under warranty. Attempting to charge for an oil filter($135); for an issue covered under warranty; despite the fact the FCA warranty for a vehicle under warranty.
