Dishonest diagnosis and discouraged from collecting on warra I took my Town and Country in for its second 5 year inspection to keep its powertrain warranty. The regional manager wanted to see my maintenance records, but when I brought them in, was told he couldn't see them for another week. As I was renting a car to drive while my vehicle sat at the dealership, I decided it wasn't worth it. My van has 300,000 miles on it...great car. The dealership and management have convinced me it will be my last Chrysler. More

They set me up with an appointment right away, i had mentioned that i was going out of town for a seminar and i need to drive, the hooked me up to the machine and found out that the thermostat was bad and i need front axles. So they completed the thermostat job now i hope that we can get the axles done soon. my trip was successful.Thanks Zac Martin! More
Above and Beyond First off it started out bad. Service dept. is way under staffed. It was going to be 3-weeks before they could fit me in. After going to the sales First off it started out bad. Service dept. is way under staffed. It was going to be 3-weeks before they could fit me in. After going to the sales floor to look at new vans I spoke to a salesman about my service issues. The sales manager jumped in and helped. He got me a loaner van and fit my van in for immediate service. My service issue was only partially fixed as apparently Chrysler doesn't allow compete fixes on the first visit. VERY Odd. Anyway after having to take my van back in a second time they again gave me a loaner car for my troubles. The service manger got me in quickly and handled all quickly and perfectly. So far (Knock on Wood) there have been no more issues. The only way to improve the service is to hire more service technicians. More

Quick and efficient! I was so appreciative of their expedient and efficient oil change. Prices are way to high I brought in a 2000 Grand Cherokee for replacement of the brake switch which controls the brake lights. I had previously investigated the failure and I brought in a 2000 Grand Cherokee for replacement of the brake switch which controls the brake lights. I had previously investigated the failure and I identified what needed to be done. My dealings with your personnel were excellent, and the service was performed in a timely manner. The price of the replacement switch was $24.43. The effort to install it cost $209.82. That is a ridiculous price for a simple repair with minor troubleshooting. For this reason I will never recommend your service to anyone, and I will avoid coming here again if at all possible. More

I informed them of a trip and was promised it would be ready.. it was not... also, the Jeep had a slow leak in tire, had to fill the tire 3 times in the 3 was I had it.. told service guy, they fixed leak but tried to charge me... the car was sold to me with a bad tire... I paid cash for the car and got every warranty available and still got horrible service.... I love my Jeep... but upset in the follow up..... More
