Unprofessional and Incompetent Recently had work done on my 2006 F150. They didnt have a quote for the work over the phone, took excessively long to complete the work, and improperl Recently had work done on my 2006 F150. They didnt have a quote for the work over the phone, took excessively long to complete the work, and improperly installed replacement parts. They obviously didnt even test drive the truck or they would of noticed the issue. After fixing the issues again I tried picking the truck up alittle after the service office closed (connected to the sales office) and the sales office wasnt accommodating at all so I wasted a third trip taking off work early to pick up the truck another day. This is atleast the third significant issue I have had with this Salem group so I will never go back. Duncan far surpasses Berglund in quality, service, and professionalism. More
