Excellent service and cars Ron was super easy to deal with. I bought an Audi from out of state through him and he handled the whole transaction seamlessly. Great work, long wait They do great work here, it's the only place I take my car. Usually I book a very early appointment and am out in two hours. Yesterday I waited a very They do great work here, it's the only place I take my car. Usually I book a very early appointment and am out in two hours. Yesterday I waited a very long time. After 4.5 hours I was given a loaner to go run my dog out and grab a bite to eat. Got there at 10am and got home with the finished car at 4:35. I'll drop it off from now on. To be fair they had to change the rear brake pads in addition to the oil change, inspection and alignment. I'll still go here as I trust the dealer to do better work but I won't wait again. Tim Riddle is great at customer service. They are lucky to have him. More
