I made a special trip to the area and called to see if I could get my car squeezed in for routine maintenance as I'm out of town a lot. Thankfully, Jeremy was able to fit me into the schedule. I was a little surprised by the cost of the service but I guess that is to be expected for luxury vehicles. (This is my first Jaguar.) Thankfully Jeremy was able to give me a bit of discount which I'm thankful for as a student! I will definitely be coming back for my future service needs despite the cost and distance, as they are very professional, kind, easy to work with, and know what they're doing. More

He is prompt to answer the phone, listens intently, asks probing questions (which assists with the diagnostic process), and is so flexible to work with you on when it's best for you, as the customer, to come in. Brennon always follows up with the diagnosis and sets an expectation of when the vehicle will be ready. Each time, he and his staff have exceeded the time the vehicle will be ready. In addition, how nice is it to get your vehicle back washed and vacuumed?? I had a 5 star experience have shared with others about the treatment we get. Nice job Berglund Infinity! More
