I had great service upon entering the dealership, meeting Jeff, looking at and test driving a 2009 Volvo XC90. I feel that I should have had recieved a better price on my trade in, or a better deal on the XC Jeff, looking at and test driving a 2009 Volvo XC90. Once the buying process was put into play, all other associates at CrossRoads that I dealt with were kind, professional and easy to work with. This was especially the case with the manager Cecil. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I had to drive 3 hours because they were the only dealer that had the car I liked. They were very accommodating, not pushy at all, and super nice. Dealing with Ed Fuller and his Sales Mgr was a comfortable experience.
