I enjoyed working with all the personnel at Crossroads. All individuals were friendly and knowledgable and spent plenty of time with me. If I were to give any advice to the dealership (doesn't apply to the sales staff), I would recommend a more organized approach to the paperwork - financing and contracts, etc. It was a Saturday so that might have been the issue but we had to relocate to one of the other dealership offices (Mercedes) to purchase our Volvo. It would be more conventient if the Volvo office were staffed with all the individuals necessary to complete the paperwork on site. More
