We have used Broadway Ford on Military for all of our car purchases/leases over the last 17 years. Broadway recently was bought out by Bergstrom. My lease was up on my 23 Ford Explorer and they reached out to me to let me know that I had a private offer from Ford and asked me to bring the car in and start looking for a new lease. I set up an appointment with Ritchey Johanski and it was clear from the moment we stepped on the lot that he was not interested in selling a vehicle to us. When we showed up at the appointment time he had no idea who we were. The vehicle was not pulled up front it was just sitting in the back of the lot. After test driving the vehicle, we went to talk numbers and he made several disparaging comments about leasing. He didn't even look into the Private Offer from Ford which saved us $2000 with Gregg Young Ford in Hortonville. When we left the dealership saying we were going to think about it he became really abrasive and pushy. Later that week we went down to Gregg Young Ford in Hortonville and were able to find the same vehicle at a slightly lower price with far better service. Ritchey followed up with non-personalized IPacket emails. When he finally did text me to follow up (a week later) I told him that we were very unhappy with his service and decided to go a different route - he got extremely defensive in the text. We will not be using Bergstrom Ford again after being treated like the dealership was not interested in our business. More
Warning Terrible Service! ! From the rude AI phone receptionist Pam not being helpful whatsoever to vehicles listed online for sale that are not actually available to view bec ! From the rude AI phone receptionist Pam not being helpful whatsoever to vehicles listed online for sale that are not actually available to view because they only want to see "interest", which the real reason is the vehicles are actually in "inspection" and pictures would expose the actual garbage they are trying to sell. Oh, there is more, to make up for that terrible robot AI receptionist service mistake and lies about how they cannot get into the service area to even get one picture for me they "offered" to drive it down to me, BUT I would have to buy the vehicle unseen and untested. SMH! But the Manager said you can have first dibs on it as it was in "inspection". So I decided to go look at it myself (2 hour drive) at the earliest time I could and made an appointment.. I was immediately told "I'll let you know if its sold before you get here." So much for first dibs. (Which actually was a blessing as the car was a disaster.) Moving on - The salesperson who I had the appt with that was NOT even available when I showed up 4 min before my appointment and did not come through on any of his agreements he made of looking at my concerns with the vehicle. Well I found out why because the car condition was worse in person with dents all over each panel every corner of the car and even evidence of a rear end collision as the passenger side doors did not fully close and the body lines we all off!! I spent 15 min myself (Still no salesperson) looking over a lemon of a vehicle they tried to sell me without even seeing it in person. It only took that short time to realize what a scam this was and I left without ever even seeing the salesperson that I made the appt with. Funny though, I got a call more than 3 min down the road from him after I left. Glad I did not buy the car or even fall for the poor service promises they never met. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership ever after this complete fail of an experience. More

I was told by an oil change outfit that my beloved Ford Taurus was leaking transmission fluid. The staff and mechanics at Bergstrom found the real problem and it was repaired promptly. We bought a 2025 Platinum Explorer from our salesperson, Haley. She was fantastic. Very thorough and easy to work with. The sales manager, Gary, helped us work through the final details and the finance manager, Creed, helped us close it out.
