I would never purchase another vehicle from them, nothing but broken promises just to get a sale. Then when it's time for the follow through it's more promises that can't be delivered. Since they br nothing but broken promises just to get a sale. Then when it's time for the follow through it's more promises that can't be delivered. Since they broke every one I'd honestly return the vehicle if I could. Broken contract on their side. Alex will promise and promise, then take it back. So irritated. If you want a volkswagen go to a volkswagen dealer.I shouldn't have trusted them and made a same day purchase, listen people, have things fixed before signing papers. 2 payments in and I'm still being messed with and lied to. I purchased vehicle and on the first rain(3 days after purchase) it had water build up inside back left taillight… so bad it xxxxxxinside the light.. I called Trevor and he basically said oh well nothing purchase) it had water build up inside back left taillight… so bad it xxxxxxinside the light.. I called Trevor and he basically said oh well nothing we can do…. Not happy with that! Now my right rear tire has to have air being put in it every 4 days since I’ve purchased and I’m sure they will say not under warranty as well…. I’ve purchased my last 4 vehicles from here… Definitely not going back… and telling everyone I know what they did to me! More
Their service department has failed me a few times now. First time was in January 2022, which finally got resolved when we had to bring the car back in to them to fix their mistake. Now, 9 months later, ou First time was in January 2022, which finally got resolved when we had to bring the car back in to them to fix their mistake. Now, 9 months later, our preferred place was too booked out for a service engine soon light issue. So we decided to call Broadway Ford on Military Ave, Green Bay, WI to get the car in sooner for repair. First time I dropped it off, Shara mistakenly thought I put E85 gas in the car when that’s NOT what I told her. I made her fix her notes to state the correct facts. She told me they drove the car and they ran the diagnostic on it and cleared the codes and the car should be good. Told me to put premium gas in it twice and that should fix the problem. However, the gas wasn’t the issue at all! The next morning the check engine light was back on and the night I picked it up it still wasn’t running right. I called first thing that next morning to tell them the check engine light was back on and it’s still running the same and it took almost all day for Shara to call me back to schedule another time to bring the car back to them. Which was booked out about 5-6 more days. So my husband dropped the car off to them the day it was rescheduled at 7:30am, to be diagnosed again, check engine light was on and he showed Shara. They unfortunately shut the car off and parked it and called me around 2:30pm that day to inform me that they had done this and should have left the car running and diagnosed it right away, but they made a mistake and couldn’t or didn’t have time to get the check engine light back on that day. So the car either needed to be picked up and brought back a third time, the next morning, or we needed to leave it overnight. I left it overnight in hopes first thing the next morning they would get working on it. I tried calling Shara around 10am and got her voice mail. Told her if they don’t have time to drive it I will come in myself to get the check engine light back on for them, but I need the car fixed and back asap. She finally called me back more than three hours later and told me a retired man was coming in right now and he is going to drive the car and see if he can get the check engine light back on. He did and she called me back shortly after and said they found the problem and it would be a part, purge valve, that would cost us around $538 total. This after we paid $180 for the diagnostic test the first time. They didn’t charge for a second diagnostic test, as they shouldn’t have, and she said since the car sat overnight she would be willing to knock off 15% this time. I said good, get it fixed please so I can get it back. So they replaced the purge valve and we paid $520 after the 15% discount, and picked it up tonight. Now I’m driving the car this evening and the car was running the same as it was when I brought it in the very first time soon after I picked it up I noticed. Then, low and behold, the check engine light was soon to follow and is BACK ON AGAIN with the same message on our app as was originally there from the start. So they fixed nothing and the car seems to be showing harsher symptoms even. We’re out $700 already and nothing was fixed. I’ll be calling them first thing in the morning again to let them know that the car is in fact NOT FIXED AT ALL. I have a stress headache over all this. This is horrible service! I have never had a dealership return a car to me twice without fixing the issue at all! Until I brought it to Broadway Ford that is. More
Cory Jones the sales person was very helpful in helping us choose the vehicle right for us. Transaction was very smooth and fast. 1) Listing was inaccurate, stating the vehicle had navigation, which turned out to be not true. 2) Salesman left a voice mail asking our interest after a test drive. I left him a voice message say navigation, which turned out to be not true. 2) Salesman left a voice mail asking our interest after a test drive. I left him a voice message saying I liked the vehicle but would wait unless he was able to negotiate the price. He called back implying he could and we set up an appointment for the next day. 3) We asked the salesman about navigation after another test drive and he starts telling us that Apple Carplay “IS” navigation. I’ve had navigation on 3 vehicles and it is much nicer than Google Maps (other than perhaps current road closures). But his insistence wore me down. 4) His, or the dealership’s, idea of price negotiation is finding how long a loan term satisfies an acceptable monthly payment. The experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. More
