Chris service advisor is very helpful and went out of his way to ensure my 16 year old daughters car was serviced correctly. Mike the service tech caught the error when the correct part arrived double checked the car and ensured everything was safe with no issues after he test driven it. Chris even went out of his way and personally drove the car to my house on his break while I was out of town to make sure my daughter has her car. He is what customer service is all about. Thank you very much Chris, Mike and Berkeley Ford for all your help. More
Customer service is not a part of service dept. They have no idea who actually pays their paycheck!! THE CUSTOMER!! Waited over 7 months for a new key FOB for my truck. Finally came in, but woman i They have no idea who actually pays their paycheck!! THE CUSTOMER!! Waited over 7 months for a new key FOB for my truck. Finally came in, but woman in service department refused to try an squeeze me in, even for a Sat. Earliest would be 1.5 months wait, for a 20 min. programming of the key FOB. Took it to a locksmith on College Park Rd. Did it in 20 mins. And cost $30 less than Berkeley Ford!! More

The committed to a price when I first ordered my Maverick back in September of 2021 and stuck with that same price 15 months later when the truck was finally ready for delivery. They were very helpful getting an unbelievable rate lock. I’m thankful for each and every one these guys and gals. One of the best dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. I appreciate each and everyone of these folks. The honesty was impressive. That’s important to me. I’ll be back again. I may add, I’ve driven the Maverick Hybrid now for 3 weeks. I’m averaging 39.6 mpg with combined city and highway. (Over 550 miles per tank of gas, 13.8 gallon tank) very impressive. Especially for a truck! More

Two years ago I decided to buy my first ever new car. From day two it has been nothing but problems with Berkeley ford and the service department. First three months it was back in the shop 7 times for t From day two it has been nothing but problems with Berkeley ford and the service department. First three months it was back in the shop 7 times for the same problem. Been back twice since then for other problems but honestly would rather deal with the problems than deal with their service dept. Five weeks ago I finally called to make an appointment to get stuff repaired and some recalls done. They were booked and my appointment was scheduled for August 2, 2022 at 7:45 am. I dropped it off the day before as I have a full time job. It sat for two days and was never touched at all! What’s the sense in having an appointment?! I confronted the new service manager but he has an I don’t give a crap attitude worse than the last one. Brown smith the service advisor was great. He was honest with me about what was and wasn’t happening but he was the only one who was the least bit honest and who actually cared for his customer. If you read the reviews on google and Facebook for Berkeley Ford they only respond to the five star reviews. What sense does that make!? They should want to try and make all of their customers happy but obviously that’s not how they operate. More
