I found a vehicle (2026 F150) on a nationwide Autotrader search. Reached out to them and a salesperson named Kimmie LaPiene responded. She was very helpful, friendly and always was easy to get a hold of. She sent over a price sheet, the price was clearly stated, and no add-on xx. Just a few hundred for a dealer fee. Very reasonable. So reasonable that I hoped on a one-way flight from Ohio to SC. Met with Kimmie and the Finance manager Jerry the next day. Vehicle was ready to go, all paperwork was handled previously by UPS and they had me out of there in under an hour. Not that I would have minded staying as Kimmie was an absolute blast to talk to! Drove my new F150 10 hours back to Ohio and got to learn everything about it during that drive. I wish I could give Kimmie and Berkeley Ford more than 5 stars. The absolute best car buying experience I've had in my 59 years, and I've bought a ton of cars in my time. Before you sign for your vehicle wherever you are at, give Kimmie a call to see if she can do anything for you, you might just be pleasantly surprised. Told him what I was looking for and he got me with a gentleman name Kareem. The guy was as nice as he could be. Didn't rush or try to sell me anything. Answered all my questions and never tried to "rush a sell". Was giving a price right to start with lower then the other huge ford dealership in town. All said and done $2600 cheaper. Sales manager was very great. I him where I want my loan through and didnt try to sell me on anyone else. Was in and out of finance in 15 minutes. Miss Ashley was all sum.Didnt try to sell my a bunch of stuff I didnt want. She showed me the maintenance packages and gave me a great deal on one. One of the easiest purchases I have ever made. Worst service ever. Bought a car and had it 26 days and an issue came up with the 4wheel drive. They have had it for 27 days and have not touched it. Friday will be 30 day for a car I drove for 26 day. Once you sign they get payed they are done with you. More

They charged My wife 5000 over the sticker price . And she works at a hospital saving peoples life. They had to charge her $5000 over sticker price because the vehicle was in high demand.
