Almost got me and my family killed I was told this truck had one Issue. The ABS was not connected to Hub. I came to find out after almost being stuck on the Highway the my hub only had I was told this truck had one Issue. The ABS was not connected to Hub. I came to find out after almost being stuck on the Highway the my hub only had 2 bolts in it and the other two were not torqued properly and were coming out. They obviously looked at the hub but did not inform me that the hub was missing bolts. I have sent 6 people to this dealership but after this I will not recommend them at all. More

Their repair shop (Chris) did other maintenance work was a cost savings. I STRONGLY recommend Berkenkotter Motors for your next used vehicle purchase and ask for Chase. More

Great buying experience! We were looking at a 1997 F350 at the Parker location. Michael Palermo was great to work with. They had absolutely no problem letting us take the truck to our mechanic, and they had it most of the day, to have it inspected. They were up front about what THEY knew to be some issues, and worked with us after the mechanic inspection, to come down on the price. Everybody else was really helpful too. As a woman, I was not talked down to or treated like I know nothing about cars, but treated with respect. After the sale, when we needed help with an adjustment under the hood, they said "bring it on in and let us take a look". They made the adjustment and charged us nothing. I wouldn't hesitate to work with this group of guys again, when/if I need another vehicle. More

Watch your wallet Got a nice looking truck from these guys, but things went wrong with it the same day I took it home - door code doesn't work, passenger seat worked on Got a nice looking truck from these guys, but things went wrong with it the same day I took it home - door code doesn't work, passenger seat worked on test drive, but as soon as someone sat in it, the power adjustment quit working. They also refused to provide floor mats, nor a big deal by itself, but their flat refusal to address any of these things that went wrong immediately is the kind of thing that gives used cars and their dealers a bad name.
