Recently, I went to Berkenkotter Motors on Parker Road to trade a vehicle for another one. Byron and Tod helped me to move quickly and seamlessly through the trade in of one vehicle into the purchase of another vehicle I liked! Everything went smooth, taking just over an hour believe it or not. The used vehicle was not perfect but was just what I was looking for. There were a few issues with the car. Byron told me to bring the car back if problems persisted. I decided to bring the new vehicle back after a day as it showed signs of an underlying problem. Numerous attempts were made to fix the car to no avail. It was at this time I received a call from Mr. Berkenkotter himself stating that the vehicle had a serious underlying problem. He told me he would do what was required to bring the car back to proper running order. As I write this review, my car is in the mechanic’s shop undergoing the promised repairs. Nobody ever tried to dodge my phone calls, rather I got a call from the owner himself to assure things were being fixed. Thank you Mr. Berkenkotter and Berkenkotter Motors, I look forward to getting my car back and my next vehicle purchase through your dealership. John Stevens More

RUN!!!!! Bought a truck and two weeks later while driving 45 mph it experienced "death wobble." My boyfriend and I almost got into a car accident. Immediately we went to a local shop only to find out the truck needs new tie rods, drag links, U-joints, Axle bar/ball joints, and new steering box. I called the owner who told me he would "do something" for me, only he never called back. When I called the salesman who sold us the truck and told him of the repair cost he said, "You should have bought the warranty." I have now spent over $2000 on parts and repairs, and we aren't sure the problem is fixed. Not to mention I haven't even made the first payment on the loan! I did some more digging and have found several other reviews just like mine, where people purchased vehicles and within hours or days, they were falling apart. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR TRUST THEIR FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS! I wish I had done more research before buying the vehicle. I rarely ever leave reviews, let alone negative ones. I am also filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. If you look on that website, there are negative comments regarding issues with vehicles purchased. RUN!!!!! More

Best service after the sale I ever had I had bought a pre-owned car there from Wade. He was really friendly and not pushy. Owner cares! Originally my review sucked; as Jeff at the fountain store sucked. But when news of my experience hit the Owner Dan he called and made things right. I no longer get harassing calls as Jeff was fired. Dan corrected the automatic payment issues and spoke to me like a real human. Dan views his clients as real people and that to me means a bunch. My truck deal in fountain was not what I had expected and after talking around I herd that the fountain store has a great reputation (although I herd the same concerns I had with Jeff from 2 other people). So my overall 100% review is positive. If you are looking for a nice used bigger truck this is the place to go. When I get my next truck we will look here again 1st. More
