Berlin City Nissan had my Pathfinder for almost two months for service for a battery power, computer system issue. We had to call multiple times to try to get updates and questions answered, usually no months for service for a battery power, computer system issue. We had to call multiple times to try to get updates and questions answered, usually no one called back. It took us making multiple calla per week to manage to get someone to answer a phone. With the repair work finally completed we picked up the car on Wednesday evening and the battery light began flashing almost immediately. We made it home, battery light flashing intermittently but car starting and running ok until Saturday. Saturday afternoon I was stranded on the side of the road when the battery drained. So after two months over $500 in parts and over $600 in-service they did not fix the problem at all. I was willing to ignore the poor customer service on the assumption my car had been fixed, but this was both the worst customer service we have had and got back a still not functioning car. More

They denied my 10/100k warranty repair on a two year old car with 56k miles because I did my own oil changes. On top of that I had to call multiple times to get updates. They claim staff shortages but how long does it take to type a message to a customer that bought a new car from them two years ago that they couldn’t drive due to a catastrophic failure of the manufacturer. I used to trust Honda as a reliable brand that you could take 200k+ miles with routine maintenance. Either that is no longer true or Berlin City Honda just doesn’t care. They probably care more about their bottom line than taking care of customers. More

Every one there and I mean EVERYONE was So Pleasant to work with and bent over backwards to help me get my new truck ! My Sales person Michael McDonald contacted me and kept me informed every step of the work with and bent over backwards to help me get my new truck ! The people in the Finance Department put in the extra work of finalizing that BIG part of getting my truck. They delivered my truck to my door and those people were so very nice also. Not recommended. I purchased a “Honda Certified Pre-owned” vehicle from Berlin City. When I didn’t receive confirmation of the certification warranty, I called, texte I purchased a “Honda Certified Pre-owned” vehicle from Berlin City. When I didn’t receive confirmation of the certification warranty, I called, texted and emailed both the salesman and the finance director. I received no reply. When I took the vehicle to a Honda dealer during the certified warranty period, I discovered Berlin didn’t enter the certification information into the system, and therefore, I didn’t receive the warranty that was advertised and paid for. More unreturned calls and messages followed. I then wrote to the general manager who apologized and told me he would give me an extended warranty at no additional charge. I signed and returned the paperwork they sent and 2 months later I still haven’t received anything about the warranty. They will not return my messages and calls. Contemplating small claims court. More
