They both treated me like family and spent a lot of time with me on my decision. They made me feel like I was the only one they where focused on even though it was a very busy few days with other customers at the dealership. The dealership was just a fun place to be rather then a stressful one like other dealerships. It does not stop there had a great experience with the finance manager Wayne Hill he explained everything I was buying and made sure I knew all the details. From there I used the service department for a few added accessories and was greeted with a smile and focused customer friendly person in Bobby Ramos who got my car in and serviced very quickly with the added accessories. As you can see I was moving through all departments at the dealership was handled with the most respect and friendliness one would expect and more. Would recommend Berlin City Honda to anyone that is in the market for a car purchase or service needed. More

Good car buying experience, even for a busy day. When I arrived, Cliff was already working with other customers, so he took a copy of my license and let me go on a test drive by myself. Service on new Civic Although we have had some issues with our new Civic, the service department has been very attentive and eager to help resolve the problems. Specifically, the radio function controls have been intermittent on our 2017 Civic. Bobby Ramos scheduled a convenient appointment and kept us informed as the service tech attempted to identify the cause. The problem seems to now be fixed and, if not, Bobby gave us his contact info and encouraged us to call back. More

Service on 2012 Civic We were in last week for service. Dylan Keane was our service tech. and told us what needed to be done and they had to "over night" the parts. He was very professional and even came in on his day off to finish us up. Had the car washed for us. Much appreciated as our car wash place was closed for repairs. The waiting room is a pleasant place to be while car being taken care of. Went back in for all fluids to be replaced and are good to go for another 30,000 miles. Nice experience and Dylan is a very caring person to do business with. More
