Wonderful service, Ryan addressed all my concerns! I purchased my Kia from them this year and this was for my first oil change. I worked with Ryan, who took and addressed all my concerns and even wash I purchased my Kia from them this year and this was for my first oil change. Great customer service Last Friday night my husband and I got stranded on the interstate with a flat tire on our Kia Optima. We didn't know the car didn't come with a spare Last Friday night my husband and I got stranded on the interstate with a flat tire on our Kia Optima. We didn't know the car didn't come with a spare tire and jack until he opened the trunk to get them and they weren’t there. After a couple of hours and many phonecalls my car was towed to Berlin City Kia. Mike Danyow was the first person to approach us. I explained what had happened and said Kia roadside service had my car towed there for them to take care of. They were not aware of this & the service dept. was already closed so there was no way to change/replace the tire. We were a bit frustrated to say the least. Mike was extremely professional and in less than an hour, got approval for us to borrow a car (2018 Optima) to drive home and then I would go back in the morning to have my tire fixed. The next morning when I discussed the issue with Ryan Maxwell in service he was also very pleasant and helpful. While I was furious with Kia for not telling us when we bought our car that it didn’t come with a spare tire & jack, I was extremely thankful for all that Mike and Berlin City Kia did to help us. I’m not looking to buy a new car right now but when I’m ready to, I will definitely go back to Berlin City Kia because the people that work there go above and beyond for you.
