However, there were others in the waiting room quite upset that they too had been there for 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. I'm a very understanding person and I realize things happen that delay the completion of service. I'm sure it was no ones fault..... So many cars to work on and never knowing how much longer than expected something is going to take. I'm sure this happens frequently and don't know what the answer is - once the car is in the shop.
