Love how they are always so friendly and know who you are when your there. The shuttle is also awesome, drop off vehicle and get a ride over to work. When finished they pick you up and bring you back to grab your vehicle that is ready to go. Process is quick and easy and another great benefit that I utilize. My family is an all KIA family, we love the vehicle line. Have been with Berlin City for 8 years. The dealership inside and out is wonderful, very large facility always neat and clean. My wife is in a Sorento, absolutely loves it. Our son just went from a Sportage to an Optima and is very happy. He did this because I did the same thing went from Sportage to an Optima. My new Optima (turbo) is awesome, getting 38mpg and runs like a real sports car. We're very happy, customers for life. More
