Will Russel and Kristine Bourne made what I expected to be an ordeal, an easy and thoroughly enjoyable experience. They were very attentive and helpful and managed to get us into a great car even though we were unable to get to the dealership. They took care of everything on line and over the phone and delivered the car to us. They have since been very helpful in making sure everything is as it should be. The last dealer we had tried to buy a car from couldn't even be bothered to return our phone calls or answer our e-mails.Needless to say we are very much impressed with Berlin City Kia! More

Once we decided on the car, everything was fast and easy. We drove home in our new vehicle in a few hours. Also, they have a great playroom for kids. We also go there for our state inspections because being able to let my toddler play while we wait is extremely convenient. More

Outstanding! My husband and I had a FANTASTIC experience with Tyler Burnor. My husband was totally skeptical about getting into a Kia vehicle but I had read up on My husband and I had a FANTASTIC experience with Tyler Burnor. My husband was totally skeptical about getting into a Kia vehicle but I had read up on the car and thought it would be a good fit for our family right now. Tyler was not pushy, but honest and straightforward. I first began working with Tyler via email when I asked a few questions through the website. Kia was extremely prompt in returning my email. I received an email from the GM asking if my questions had been answered. Tyler answered each of my questions right away and my husband and I went in late on Friday afternoon to look at and drive the Sorento. When my husband wasn't convinced it was the car for him Tyler offered us the vehicle to take home overnight, and even gave us a slip to have some more gas added to the car at a local gas station. The cashier at the gas station said, "you're getting a great car!" The next morning we decided we did want to go with the Sorento but wanted a specific color that wasn't currently on the lot. Tyler had the vehicle we wanted by Saturday evening. We picked up the vehicle on Sunday morning and Tyler had 3 bouquets of flowers for us, one for me, and one each for our 2 young daughters. Both my husband and I agree this was hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. We have already started telling friends they need to go see Tyler if they are going to purchase a new vehicle. He is an asset to Berlin City Kia. More
