Of the three offered, Eric Mendosa was the only representative to contact me personally with a call. He was polite a seemed quite professional. When the time came to buy a vehicle, I called him. They had a vehicle on their lot which met my requirements. He sent me a copy of the "widow sticker" with vehicle description, package requested with the agreed price and appropriate tax figures. My wife and I took a bus into Portland and were graciously met at the terminal by Eric. All the paperwork at the dealership was as stated. It was completed with no pressure or hassles. Very shortly thereafter, we were on the road back home with a new RAV4. It was the easiest, and thus, the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. As a side note, my wife and I were impressed with Eric's attention to detail. When initially looking at the vehicle, we casually mentioned that the dealership decal seemed a bit askew. When we went out to pick up the vehicle, it not only had been washed, interior dusted, and tank filled, but also the decal had been straightened. So often, it can be the attention to the little things that will elevate a good sales rep to a great sales rep. More

He knew the car inside and out. Because he was taking care of an ailing parent just as my wife did, I felt he wanted to genuinely help me.I can spot a phony a mile away.The only problem I had was with getting the price that was advertised. I know this wasn't George"s fault but going back to my house to get the ad was a bit surreal ...a deal breaker. George was very apologetic and all's well that ends well .My wife is very happy with her new Rav4. More

I ended up spending more than I planned, but am very happy with the car, the sales experience and the service. Early next year we will need to replace our Jeep Cherokee Limted....I will be talking to George about a Highlander!!!! More

George was fine. He was friendly and quickly found a vehicle that was close to what I had in mind when I came into the salesroom. The paperwork was done in a reasonable amount of time but, through no fault of George's, I felt that when some customers came in after me and were looking at a much more expensive vehicle than the Corolla I was buying, the manager (I don't remember his name) left me to deal with them first. No big deal, but I felt that was a bit annoying. Overall, I am pleased with the car and the transaction although my credit union told me that I was buying it at the high end of an 'acceptable' price. I still hate shopping for cars for just this reason. More
