Quincy was able to help me get into an affordable lease - Tylergoodell

Quincy was able to help me get into an affordable lease in a new 2026 Tacoma. The commitment to good service is what sets Rochester Toyota apart from the others.

Impressed by this dealership and their ability to - Carsenault973

Impressed by this dealership and their ability to expedite a purchase for me. My sales rep, Izzy was fantastic and wanted to make sure we had all the information about our new grand highlander. Financing was quick and easy and they worked hard to get the interest rate I needed. Would strongly recommend this dealer. I don’t see Isabel listed in the drop down, but she just started there 3.5 months ago so may not be updated. Please make sure she receives this!

Had 35 k maint on Jane Littlefield’s 2016 Prius and a install of summer tires already on rims. Was called to OK cabin filter and wiper blades. Vgave OK. Then called that winter tires already lug nuts not Toyota ones. Took correct lugs and summer tires then installed. Having wife deal with your dealership as I am aging out. We were both very pleased with the team that dealt with us and hussle they showed. Had five different folks help us through the process and all were helpful and quick to aknowledge us. Thanks to all!

My salesman John O'Connor was excellent very friendly and helpful gave me a good price up front and helped with the application install as well as connecting to the vehicle. I would recommend Bill Dube Toyota and John O'Connor if your in the market for a new Toyota.

Work with Joe, did a great job with showing cars, giving information and making the whole experience enjoyable.. We never felt rushed even though we stopped in on a Friday night and closed the place down, Caroline was extremely helpful. James spoiled how babygirl Yoka and Tiana was very efficient with the extras and paperwork. Would greatly recommend stopping in to give them a chance at showing vehicles..Chuck, Kathy and Yoka

Sean the manager should not be interacting with - kdplunk15

Sean the manager should not be interacting with customers. I got a call from Sean while discussing the car with my wife, and his first words in a very smart aleck tone were "Do you want this vehicle?" We had just worked out a deal 2 hours prior. I cancelled the sale and I will never deal with Charlie's Toyota again. So much for customers being #1
