I had my 45,000 mile service and my annual state inspection this past week. The service staff are always very courteous and thorough. I typically wait while service is being performed and the waiting area at Berlin City is very comfortable and allows me to always work remotely via the free WiFi. The have ample desk and chair areas to help keep the wait time productive. I have had my Tundra since 2014 and the salesman who sold me the truck always makes a point to check in with me about how the vehicle has been. More
