As we sat with the document writer to do the paperwork he advised us of Berlin's 4 day 200 mile return policy. As it turns out I had unforeseen issues with the truck and decided to return it. To my surprise not only were they not mad at me for returning it, they were still friendly and helpful even though I was going to buy a truck elsewhere!! More

Excellent Service on a weekend I had just picked up my new (used) Rav in Mass and noticed that I didn't have an inspection sticker. I stopped in at Berlin City Toyota. They got me I had just picked up my new (used) Rav in Mass and noticed that I didn't have an inspection sticker. I stopped in at Berlin City Toyota. They got me right in, gave me a sticker, checked my fluids, did a multi point check. The account manager printed off a maintenance record for me, from prior to me owning the car. Everyone was so very pleasant. Oh and my sticker was free. I will definitely be taking this new vehicle here for all my maintenance. More
