Great experience I stopped in to Berlin City just by chance after being dissatisfied at another dealership. I was actually looking for a Jeep, but thought i would chec I stopped in to Berlin City just by chance after being dissatisfied at another dealership. I was actually looking for a Jeep, but thought i would check out the Rave & Highlanders. I met Tucker Murch right away, he was very pleasant and very informative. He asked me what i was looking for and why I had chosen Berlin City. I told Tucker I was NOT looking to buy a vehicle today, but I definitely was in the market. I told him my specific needs in a vehicle, we checked out the Rave & Highlander, but neither fit my need. I had to leave for an appointment and told him I would be back in about an hour. In that time, Tucker checked out a couple other vehicles for me and found a jeep Cherokee on the lot for me to check out. He had my trade in car appraised and we talked a bit and I told him I would get back to him. He was attentive but very respective of my wants and needs. When I got home I had an e-mail from him thanking me for coming in and made me an offer I couldn't refuse for the Jeep. I went in on Saturday, made the deal and drove home with a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. Tucker followed thru with keeping in touch to get my undercoating done and even drove out to get my Jeep the day it was being serviced. I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Tucker and Berlin City. More
