I am sorry that he left for vacation before We could get back to Maine and come in for a test drive. He gave me the name of Matt Knightly one of your sales reps to contact when we came in. Even thought he was busy with another customer he did double duty and made us feel at home and got us on a test drive. He somehow worked two of us at a time and helped us fell wanted . He was just wonderful to deal with. When we picked up the car he spent a long time with use explaining the car in and out an even helping us sink the phone and the Blue Tooth of the car. The sales Manager Charlie was so helpful when it came to closing the deal and getting the number we were looking for on the car. Jarod the finance expert got us a great rate and did a very fine job of making sure all options were covered and getting through the paper work in a very timely fashion. We had had a terrible experience with buying a truck from Goodwin's in Brunswick(personal opinion) prior to buying this so we were very skeptical. Steve was very good with explaining everything, answering all of our many questions. He made sure the cars were full of gas and fully detailed before leaving. He helped set our phones up and gave us a tutorial(thank goodness). He never pressured the sale, and we got an awesome deal. He was patient and caring all the way through the deal. We will use this dealership only from here on out. Please stop by and meet Stephen if you are looking for buying a new or used car. Stephen made sure we got top dollar for our trades(one the highest on KBB, and the other above KBB). We are very, very pleased!! All the other staff was great, but we worked 98% with Stephen. The financing man that helped was Jared Grant he was great. He helped explain everything along the way, including the extras. Steve helped take off the license plates and even transfer stuff, making sure we forgot nothing-even our easy pass. Give them a chance and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. He(Stephen) definitely deserves a raise. You receive many perks when buying here like free car washes(life of car), oil changes, tire rotation, check ups for the first two years or 25,000 miles. My husband told our nephew this week that this was the best buying experience he has ever had in 70 years. Sorry for rambling but was just that impressed. My husband's post was going to be this-we can't each post even though we got two cars "Best I have had in my 71 years" The whole experience was incredible.
