The only negative of my experience with Berlin City was the $7,000 of last minute add-ons that the "finance" guy tried to sell me. I believe this is standard at dealerships, but, disappointing. If they want to improve the car buying experience at their dealership this is where it can be improved. The last minute pressure add-ons should be removed from the process. Either cut them or give folks time to evaluate them. More
