Ignored I was early for my appt. No one greeted me at my car. I went into the service dept. and 2 employees were working on a computer. I stood for 5 minute I was early for my appt. No one greeted me at my car. I went into the service dept. and 2 employees were working on a computer. I stood for 5 minutes without them acknowledging me. I am a receptionist and I assure you that if someone walks in I acknowledge them immediately. Once they found the service person I was assigned to everything went smoothly. I just was so surprised that they didn't acknowledge me. Certainly not a professional image. My service rep. was excellent. More
