Disappointing Customer Service Went in to have a state inspection, which was completed in 40 minutes. Saw that my car was ready for me and I waited for the service staff to call me Went in to have a state inspection, which was completed in 40 minutes. Saw that my car was ready for me and I waited for the service staff to call me from the waiting room. Waited for almost an hour before I spoke to Amy, trying to figure out what was taking so long. She said that she hadn't started the "documentation" and that I had to wait. So I waited for yet another hour, and still nothing. The second time I spoke to Amy she finally tried to help me, and printed the documentation so I could be on my way. If I hadn't spoken to her multiple times, I would have been waiting all day. There was a clear lack of communication with the service team. What should have been a quick service turned into a 3 hour endeavor for a simple state inspection. Very surprised that this is how lessees are treated at Berlin City Toyota. More
