Maintenance My Toyota Care Specialist, Amy Dunn, was great - very personable and efficient. I have not had much luck with Berlin City Maintenance in the past. It's always been a hassle to get estimates on service. I get transferred every time I call and then no one answers. I leave a message and no one calls. On one occasion I needed new tires. No one called me back so I bought them at VIP. On another occasion I needed brakes. No one called be back so I had the work done at Maine Brake Service. I stopped having service done there because it's been too much of a hassle. Maybe it will be better now that I have Amy as my Toyota Care Specialist. More

blown off at Berlin city Felt like I was blow off and sales person didn't even try to help me trade my lease early. I had 6 months left. She never ran any numbers or showed me how she was arriving at not being able to help me. Feeling frustrated I went to LEE Toyota. The sales person there was eager to help me!! 6 months on the lease was no issue! I was even able to get more car than I was originally looking for! I won't be back! More
