Look your used car over carefully Overall I had a good experience with Berlin City. I bought a used Tacoma and it was a good shape. The disappointing things were two faulty fog lights that the technician checklist said we're working fine. Both were broken. Plus, the truck needs new rotors which the technician checklist aslo signed off on. These things were kind of a bummer given what I paid for the truck. So, don't trust the technician check list. Also, I wasn't impressed when the finance guy told me I needed to "listen up" as he was about to tell me the details of their additional warantee package. That came across as a little condescending. More

I wanted to go a bit smaller than my Honda Accord and the Corolla has comfort, style, good mileage, a large trunk, and is perfect for my needs. It all happened so quickly. I was stunned to drive away a few hours later in my beautiful new Corolla. I love, Love, LOVE it. More

Outstanding Service Department On 27SEPT16, I took my Toyota Prius C in to the service department to have a 39 point inspection, and to have the transmission inspected, brakes inspe On 27SEPT16, I took my Toyota Prius C in to the service department to have a 39 point inspection, and to have the transmission inspected, brakes inspected, engine serviced, lubrication, and filters replaced. Diane Fortin is awesome. I had been told in error that if you wanted some things in the service packages exempted, you could not do it. Well, Diane said no problem. She had the work done that I wanted and exempted the tire rotation, oil change, and four wheel alignment, that I did not need done. Who says at Berlin City that you cannot have what you want. They did the service in three hours, not all day like other Dealerships, provided me shuttle service that was pleasant and early, not late, and the total charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend Berlin City, and recommend seeking out Diane to take care of all your service needs. Outstanding Diane! And, outstanding Berlin City Toyota Scion! Keep up the excellent work! More
